Leadership does not always have to be a top-down proposition and lack of a title doesn’t stop you from being an effective leader and invaluable contributor.

In this session, International Director Don Griffith will help you understand the organizational leadership environment, shed some light on leadership myths that might be holding you back, and show how the Toastmasters program prepares you to lead from where you are!
